Welcome to My Music Label App. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our music management tools and services provided by Customer Experience Design and Development (“we”, “our”, “us”).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access our services.

2. Description of Service

Our service provides music label management tools including:• Track, album, and artist metadata management
• Integration with third-party platforms (Spotify, Notion, Dropbox, etc.)
• Audio file storage and organization
• Duplicate detection and catalog management
• Data synchronization across platforms

3. User Accounts and Registration

Account Creation: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. Each account creates a default label workspace for organizing your music catalog.Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.Label Workspaces: Users can create and own label workspaces. Label owners can invite team members to collaborate. Team members gain access to label data and features based on the label owner's subscription plan and assigned role permissions.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:• Upload or distribute copyrighted material without proper authorization
• Use the service to violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the service in any way that could damage or impair our infrastructure
• Share your account credentials with others

5. Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you upload to our service. You grant us a license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide our services.Our Content: Our service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Third-Party Integrations

Our service integrates with third-party platforms (Spotify, Notion, Dropbox, etc.). Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

7. Payment and Billing

Label-Based Subscriptions: Our service uses a label-based subscription model. When you subscribe, your plan applies to all labels you own. Label owners are responsible for all billing and payment. Team members who join a label benefit from the owner's subscription at no additional cost.Subscription Fees: Pro features require payment of subscription fees, which will be clearly disclosed. The Free plan is available at no cost with limited features and resources.Billing: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis (as selected) and are non-refundable except as required by law. Processing is handled securely through Stripe.Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.Cancellation: Label owners may cancel their subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, Pro features will remain available until the end of the current billing period, after which the label will revert to the Free plan.Resource Pooling: If you own multiple labels, resources (artists, albums, storage, team members) pool across all your owned labels based on your subscription plan limits.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

10. Label Owner Responsibilities

Team Management: Label owners are responsible for managing their team members, assigning appropriate roles and permissions, and ensuring team members comply with these Terms.Data Responsibility: Label owners control access to label data and are responsible for ensuring proper authorization for all team member actions within their label workspace.Payment Obligations: Label owners are solely responsible for all subscription payments and maintaining an active payment method. Failure to pay may result in downgrade to the Free plan.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of our service. If a label owner's account is terminated, all associated labels and team member access may be affected.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through our service.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
